Lovely Lattice Felt Scarves

Service Description

Come and learn the basics of wet-felting as we create a fabulous one-of-a-kind felt lattice patterned scarf using soft Merino wool tops. Your scarf will be lightweight, yet strong. It is the perfect accessory … Very open … not bulky … and oh-so-beautiful. By the end of the day, you will have completed your lovely scarf. All skill levels welcome. Skill Level for this Workshop: Suitable for all levels. Some standing involved. We will be rolling our felt which requires some physical exertion. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Students will need to bring: • 3-4 bath size towels • A container for water (a beach pail is ideal). • A laundry sprinkler or Ballbrause sprinkler if you have one (I will have several to share if not) • PVC pipe or pool noodle (if easier for traveling, this may be cut in half) for rolling your felt. Materials Fee includes: Colorful variegated Merino Wool Tops/Roving, written instructions, plastic for rolling felt in, soap, use of instructor's supplies *This is an all day class and will have a break for lunch

Cancelation Policy

Each Workshop has a minimum and maximum number of students. If minimum is not reached two weeks before the scheduled event, the class is subject to cancellation. Once maximum is reached, the class will be closed and a waiting list will be generated. Further instructions for the workshop will be emailed to each student prior to the class. Workshop Refund Policy – no refunds within 5 days of event- except in cases of total event cancellation. 50% refund 15+ days prior to the event.
