Due to COVID-19 guidelines set in place by our local government and health departments, the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival will be an open air event for 2021.   Vendors will need to provide their own tent and weights for the event.   More information on current area guidelines and reccomendations will be made available to vendors closer to the event.





Event Dates & Times:

Set up Day:  Friday May 14 (10am-8pm)

Festival Days: Saturday, May 15 (9 am - 5 pm)   Sunday, May 16 (10 am - 4 pm)


Application Deadline:   Application must be submitted by March 31, 2021  Booth fees will be invoiced upon acceptance to the festival.  Our festival is juried and chosen vendors will be notified and invoiced for booth fees by the first week of March 2021.

Application Fee:  $20 

Upon acceptance to the festival, an invoice for your booth space will be sent to you via the email provided.   Please make sure that your web address and email are correct for us to use in communication and social media promotion.

Please describe the merchandise and livestock that will be sold/displayed in your booth.  Please attach an illustration or photo of your anticipated booth layout and note if your set up contains wall of any kind.  

FIRST TIME APPLICANTS -please include at least two photos of your products.  If you are a returning vendor, unless your business has significantly changed, you do not need to include a picture of your products.

Due to COVID 19 requirements, all of our booths are outside this year with vendors providing their own tents.   Electricity is limited and must be requested if required - not all booth spaces have electric available and placements are made based on requests.

The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, employees and agents, from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, accidents and occurrences (including attorney fees) arising out of, or in connection with, the performance of this agreement, activities associated with the event or arising out of Applicant’s use of the facility, excepting however, all such claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, accidents and occurrences caused by LFUCG’s sole negligence or willful misconduct.


The applicant has read and agrees to abide by the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival guidelines and understands that the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss to the applicant, the applicant’s merchandise or personal property at any time during the festival.

The applicant agrees to follow local city and state COVID-19 guidelines and policies while on festival grounds.
