Vendor Policies

BOOTH FEE REFUND POLICY
Application Fee is non-refundable.

KSFF is a juried festival. After acceptance to the festival, chosen vendors will be invoiced- and payment is due by March 30. If cancellation is necessary- refunds must be requested in writing to the festival chairperson and will be granted as follows:

After April 15th– 50% refund 
After May 1 – No refund


INDEMNIFICATION: 
The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, employees and agents, from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, accidents and occurrences (including attorney fees) arising out of, or in connection with, the performance of this agreement, activities associated with the event or arising out of Applicant’s use of the facility, excepting however, all such claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, accidents and occurrences caused by LFUCG’s sole negligence or willful misconduct.

The applicant has read and agrees to abide by the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival guidelines and understands that the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss to the applicant, the applicant’s merchandise or personal property at any time during the festival.



Workshop Policies

Each Workshop has a minimum and maximum number of students. If minimum is not reached two weeks before the scheduled event, the class is subject to cancellation. Once maximum is reached, the class will be closed and a waiting list will be generated. Further instructions for the workshop will be emailed to each student prior to the class.

Workshop Refund Policy – no refunds within 5 days of event- except in cases of total event cancellation. 50% refund 15+ days prior to the event. Registrations are fully transferrable- contact sarabeth@kentuckysheepandfiber.com for more info on how to transfer a class registration.
