Service Description
If you are curious about traditional hooked rugs made from wool fabric strips, come to this class. Designed for beginners, the class will cover the basics of rug hooking, including tools, techniques, and how to bind and label your rug. You will leave the class with your own hook, hooking frame, and your partially-finished piece. The class materials fee provides each student with a linen canvas with pattern, enough 100 percent wool fabric strips to complete the piece, a hook, a rug hooking magazine, scissors, and a notebook outlining more information and resources. Class fee includes materials and $20 non refundable registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
Each Workshop has a minimum and maximum number of students. If minimum is not reached two weeks before the scheduled event, the class is subject to cancellation and full price, including registration fee, will be refunded to the purchaser. Once maximum is reached, the class will be closed and a waiting list will be generated. Further instructions for the workshop will be emailed to each student prior to the class. Each class has a non-refundable $20 registration fee included in the cost. This fee can be transferred towards the cost of another class if purchaser cancels registration. Workshop Refund Policy – 75% refund minus $20 non-refundable registration fee 30+ days prior to the start of the festival workshops. 50% refund minus $20 non-refundable registration fee 14-29 days prior to the start of the festival workshops. No refunds within 13 days of event- except in cases of total event cancellation.
