Unlock your creativity in our exciting workshop on dyeing a double sock blank! Discover the vibrant world of acid dyes as you learn to color beautiful protein fibers. In this hands-on class, you'll dye a double sock blank, enabling you to knit a perfectly matching pair of socks. With this technique, you'll gain the skills to achieve precise and unique dye placement. Don’t miss this chance to add a splash of color to your sock-making journey! Please note, this workshop focuses solely on dyeing; we won't be covering the knitting process. Materials fee includes: Acid dyes, salt, citric acid, (1) double sock blank, handouts/directions, note sheet, use of measuring spoons, stir sticks, pans, and hot plates. This is a Beginner Level workshop Students need to bring: (1) - 3 gallon bucket, disposable or rubber gloves, and mask. $20 Non-refundable registration fee included in class cost.

Cancellation Policy
Each Workshop has a minimum and maximum number of students. If minimum is not reached two weeks before the scheduled event, the class is subject to cancellation and full price, including registration fee, will be refunded to the purchaser. Once maximum is reached, the class will be closed and a waiting list will be generated. Further instructions for the workshop will be emailed to each student prior to the class. Each class has a non-refundable $20 registration fee included in the cost. This fee can be transferred towards the cost of another class if purchaser cancels registration. Workshop Refund Policy – 75% refund minus $20 non-refundable registration fee 30+ days prior to the start of the festival workshops. 50% refund minus $20 non-refundable registration fee 14-29 days prior to the start of the festival workshops. No refunds within 13 days of event- except in cases of total event cancellation.
