Service Description
Learn to dye the perfect ombré! This half-day class will cover how to dye a gradation from one color to the next. We will be dyeing wool with acid dyes in mason jars. Each student will have a choice between DK or fingering yarn. Materials fee includes: Acid dyes, salt, citric acid, handouts/directions, wool yarn, note sheet, sample sheet, measuring spoons, stir sticks, pans, and hot plates. Students need to bring: (8) – Quart mason jars – 32 oz., (2) – 1 cup liquid measuring cups, & (1) - 3 gallon bucket, disposable or rubber gloves, and mask. This is a beginner friendly class. $20 Non-refundable registration fee included in class cost.

Cancellation Policy
Each Workshop has a minimum and maximum number of students. If minimum is not reached two weeks before the scheduled event, the class is subject to cancellation and full price, including registration fee, will be refunded to the purchaser. Once maximum is reached, the class will be closed and a waiting list will be generated. Further instructions for the workshop will be emailed to each student prior to the class. Each class has a non-refundable $20 registration fee included in the cost. This fee can be transferred towards the cost of another class if purchaser cancels registration. Workshop Refund Policy – 75% refund minus $20 non-refundable registration fee 30+ days prior to the start of the festival workshops. 50% refund minus $20 non-refundable registration fee 14-29 days prior to the start of the festival workshops. No refunds within 13 days of event- except in cases of total event cancellation.
