The skein competition is a wonderful way to challenge yourself and to improve your spinning skills! Judging will be SATURDAY MORNING DURING the festival and skeins will remain on display until Sunday afternoon.
All skeins are show only and can be entered by mail or in person.
There are 8 categories- ribbons awarded to the top 3 skeins in each category with a $5 premium for the 1st place skeins, $3 for the 2nd place skeins, and $2 for the third place skeins in each category. Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion will be awarded an additional ribbon and premium of $20 and $10 respectively.
No entry fee for skein competition.
