Please describe the merchandise and livestock that will be sold/displayed in your booth. Please attach an illustration or photo of your anticipated booth layout and note if your set up contains wall of any kind.
FIRST TIME APPLICANTS -please include at least two photos of your products.
INDEMNIFICATION:
The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, employees and agents, from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, accidents and occurrences (including attorney fees) arising out of, or in connection with, the performance of this agreement, activities associated with the event or arising out of Applicant’s use of the facility, excepting however, all such claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, accidents and occurrences caused by LFUCG’s sole negligence or willful misconduct.
The applicant has read and agrees to abide by the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival guidelines and understands that the Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or loss to the applicant, the applicant’s merchandise or personal property at any time during the festival.

The applicant agrees to follow local city and state health guidelines and policies while on festival grounds.

BOOTH FEE REFUND POLICY
Jury Fee is non-refundable.
KSFF is a juried festival. After acceptance to the festival, chosen vendors will be invoiced- and payment is due by March 30. If cancellation is necessary- refunds must be requested in writing to the festival chairperson and will be granted as follows:
After April 15th– 50% refund
After May 1 – No refund
