Hey all!  We just want to get an estimated time of arrival for your load in so we can keep the line moving along and get you in your spot efficiently!  Set up time is Friday May 16th between 10am and 6:30pm-  all vendors have to be off the premises by 8pm when we close the gate.  These are *estimated* times-  we won't hold it against you if it's not exact. Only sponsors get early bird set up- If you need an alternative set up time than what is listed- please email Sarabeth.
