We’d like to cordially invite you to the Bluegrass State May 15th and 16th for the FIRST Annual Kentucky Sheep and Fiber Festival.  It’s a beautiful time to see the Commonwealth and we think you’ll enjoy an opportunity to visit with some of the nation’s finest fiber artists against the magnificent backdrop of Kentucky’s breathtaking spring scenery.

The Festival is being held in conjunction with the world-famous Bluegrass Classic Stockdog Trial http://www. bluegrassclassicsdt.com/, marking 50 years of border collie trials in central Kentucky. This competition is one of the longest-running, largest, and most prestigious trials in the country.

Plan now to spend some time with us, visiting our vendors and presenters, taking advantage of the numerous classes, workshops and demonstrations and savoring Kentucky lamb and other Kentucky Proud food while watching the border collies work, right here in the heart of Horse Capital, USA.

Check back often for updates!

We are working hard to provide an exciting showcase for locally grown
food and fiber.

A special thanks to our sponsors:  Kentucky Sheep and Wool Producers Association, Lexington Parks and Recreation, Lexington Lions Club, The Bluegrass Classic Stockdog Association, Kentucky Sheep and Goat Development Office, Kentucky Proud and Kentucky Department of Agriculture, U of K Cooperative Extension Service, Fayette County Future Farmers of America
